I found this recipe while researching my contribution for our Harvest Supper meeting. Our challenge was to provide a seasonal dish cooked from local ingredients.

We have had my Parents in Law visiting for 3 weeks and I have finally secured Dina's recipe for a family favourite--her Spinach Strudel.
