Open Farm Sunday 2009 News

Open Farm Sunday 7th June 2009 - get involved!

We would like to invite you to get involved in this year's Open Farm Sunday on 7th June 2009.

Building on the fantastic success of last year's event when 400 farmers all over the country organised farm tours for local families, friends and neighbours, we would like to invite you to organise a farm open day to show the true story and value behind food and its link with nature.

To help you organise an event LEAF will provide a free pack to include - publicity material (posters, flyers); suggested activities; H&S guidance; polo shirts and lots more!

Want to know more? LEAF will be running afternoon workshops where you'll be able to meet other farmers who've done it before and learn from their experiences, as well as get great ideas on a whole range of topics.
