Torridon is one of the most dramatic and unspoilt regions of the Highlands; a gem for walkers, climbers, photographers and naturalists. Food is produced here on a very human scale working in tandem with the often challenging demands of this environment. The Torridon hotel and inn use a wide selection of produce from a host of local producers, boast their own productive walled garden and herd of Highland Cattle. Dan and Kevin are fully committed to supporting and promoting local artisan producers and I can vouch myself for the quality and care put into every detail.

If members are interested in attending this weekend please contact the hotel direct on 01445 791242 or visit www.thetorridon.com ; please let them know you are a Slow Food member.
