This year on our already traditional Fungi Foray we were lucky with the weather and we did find some very tasty fungi. Unfortunately the profusion of fungi was not there but we were (again) very ably guided by Peter Creed after excellent mushroom soup (2 Varieties) provided by Ian and Ruth.

The foray was again very informative and we were shown where to find a good range of edible fungi even if there were very few today. The important thing was that most of the varieties Peter wanted us to see we did find.
