To celebrate the English Wine Week, we are offering a wine tasting at the well known Brightwell Vineyard, near Wallingford, (OX10 8LJ) on Sunday, 6 June, 11am. Carol and Bob Nielsen will offer their award winning wines and will guide us through their vineyard on the site. The shop will then open for you to purchase more. After the wine tasting we'll be going to the famous Half Moon for lunch. Those of you who attended the Taster Menu organised by Geoffrey in November said "it was the best meal ever". Those who did not make it - this is an excellent chance to try it out. | ||
